No-Fault / PIP & Workers’ Compensation Referrals

EBI Radiology welcomes referrals for patients requiring diagnostic imaging related to motor vehicle accidents and workplace injuries.

Our team works with referring providers, patients, case managers, and other authorized parties to help coordinate imaging services and the documentation needed for No-Fault/PIP and Workers’ Compensation cases.

We offer convenient scheduling and access to a range of diagnostic imaging services, including MRI, High-Field Open MRI, CT, Ultrasound, and X-ray.

When Referring a Patient

Please provide available:

• Imaging order/prescription

• Patient contact information

• Auto/PIP or Workers’ Compensation insurance information

• Claim number, if available

• Date of accident or injury

• Adjuster or case manager information, if applicable

• Relevant authorization or supporting documentation

Our staff will work with the patient and referring office to obtain any additional information needed before the appointment.
